As you get ready to shop for the upcoming holidays we’d like to ask you to help us by Shopping Local this year.  Here’s a fun little statistic – when you spend $100 in a locally owned store more than $68 of those dollars goes back into the local community through payroll, taxes, etc.  If you shop in a national chain only half of that amount goes into the local community.  When you shop online, zero dollars go back into the local community.
